There's always a first for everything. Aidan fights with his sister. All. The. Time. But he doesn't fight at school... heck, he doesn't even get in trouble at school. In fact, he's had only two purple days all year (this would be warning... green would be good), both for talking when it was work time... no big deal. Today, however, he had an orange day. Orange would be 5-minutes of sitting out of recess. And why, you might ask? He was fighting... not arguing, fighting. The boys were horsing around and one boy hit him in the stomach. Aidan, in turn, balled up his fist and punched him in the stomach. Yep. My relatively laid back, happy-go-lucky son, who was so happy and pleasing has disappeared. Since he turned five, he's become more and more difficult... not all the time, but when it's bad, it's bad. I hope his alter ego returns.

And then there's Teagan... I was working on my laptop and she was reading her book-in-a-bag when I noticed how animated she was. Instant grin on my face. And secretly I started recording.
