Earl's Celebration of Life was just that... a celebration of his life! It was such an uplifting and inspiring service - words about how strong his faith was in Christ and how it never waivered in spite of the worst possible prognosis. The front of the program contained an excerpt from his personal journal, written just before he left this world for something far better. We could all learn something from Earl.
I arrived back home just in time to see the snow start falling. And tonight after I came home from work and the kids came home from playing at the neighbor's house, this is what the kids decided to do! Oh, the joy of playing in new fallen snow... I'm sure it fails in comparison to the joy that Earl is experiencing right now.
